How do you set up your profile in Coachably?
TL;DR: Open the Profile tab to edit your name and phone, change your password, or switch the app language and theme. Everything lives on one screen.
How do you update your profile information?
Your personal details live on the Profile screen, reachable from the nav bar.
- Tap the Profile tab in the nav bar.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Update your First Name, Last Name, and Phone.
- Save your changes.
Your Email is shown but can’t be changed from the app — it’s your login.
How do you change your password or app settings?
The same Profile screen handles your password, language, and theme.
Changing your password:
- On the Profile screen, tap Update Password.
- Enter your Old Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.
- Save.
Language and theme:
- Language: switch between Polish and English — the app updates immediately.
- Theme: choose Light, Dark, or System Default (matches your device setting).
FAQ
Can I change my email address in the profile? No, not from the app. Your email is your login and can’t be changed on the Profile screen. Contact us through Help → Contact support if you need it changed.
How do I change the app language? On the Profile screen, find the Language setting and pick English or Polski. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I switch to dark mode? On the Profile screen, tap Theme and choose Dark. You can also pick System Default to match your device’s display setting automatically.
How do I log out of Coachably? Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap Logout.
